Paris police are said to be on the scene after a train station called Marne la Vallée-Chessy near the American owned theme park was cordoned off.
Armed officers with “assault rifles” are said to be investigating after a “suspect package” was found.
France remains in a state of emergency which was declared in November after the deadly attacks by jihadist militants in Paris.
Subsequent attacks in Nice and Normandy have also led to a major terror crackdown.
One local resident called Lisa said: “It seems to be the train station. All taped off and police everywhere. Stay safe. We are in village.” Another man called Ben said: “I just left Disneyland Paris on a very crowded bus after being redirected by soldiers with assault rifles away from the bus station.”
Earlier this year French police arrested a man carrying two guns at an entrance to a hotel at Disneyland Paris.
The 28-year-old was also discovered with a copy of the Koran and a box of ammunition in January.
His bag triggered metal detectors as he entered the New York Hotel which is close by.
