Disgraced Fake News King Brian Williams Lectures MSNBC Viewers on Dangers of Fake News

Straight out of the Twilight Zone, MSNBC actually allowed Brian Williams to report on a news segment about Fake News.

A new low.

You remember Williams. He was the NBC Nightly News anchor and MSM poster boy banished to MSNBC after getting busted for reporting fake news and providing fake details of his fabricated involvement during breaking news for more than a decade.

A recap from RT:

The controversy began during a recent broadcast, when Williams said he was onboard a military helicopter that was hit by enemy fire in 2003 and was forced to land.

“The story actually started with a terrible moment a dozen years back during the invasion of Iraq when the helicopter we were traveling in was forced down after being hit by an RPG,” Williams said. “Our traveling NBC News team was rescued, surrounded and kept alive by an armor mechanized platoon from the US Army 3rd Infantry.”

His account of the event quickly came under fire from soldiers who were present that day. In an interview with the military newspaper Stars and Stripes, crew members said Williams was “nowhere near” the Chinook helicopter that was hit, nor was he near the two other Chinooks in the formation. In fact, crew members said Williams was in a separate helicopter that arrived at the scene an hour later.

So of course, Williams is the guy to anchor a Fake news segment. Even worse, Williams defers to some other MSNBC flunky who cites a Buzzfeed story on fake news that just today, was linked to having fake and fabricated statistics, all “researched” supplied by Buzzfeed.

A double MSM head fake of fake news. These clowns get paid for this?

But hey, Williams can still deliver fake BS with a smile. He’s definitely at home at NBC, where they coddle phonies and biased liars instead of fire them.
