A young woman in Austria is lawyering up and waging a legal battle against her parents after they refused to remove hundreds of allegedly embarrassing photos of her taken as a little girl and posted to Facebook, according to reports.
The livid 18-year-old said her mother and father made her life a living hell after sharing more than 500 snapshots of her with their friends on social media without her consent. The woman’s parents have since declined to delete the photos despite repeated requests from their daughter.
“They knew no shame and no limit, and didn’t care whether it was a picture of me sitting on the toilet or lying naked in my cot,” fumed the unnamed litigant, who lives in the southern state of Carinthia, in an interview with The Local. “Every stage was photographed and then made public.” – READ MORE
