A judge ruled on Monday that Koch Industries can keep $21.5 million in profits from the biggest Ponzi scheme in US history.
Bloomberg’s Erik Larson reportedthat a US bankruptcy court in New York ruled against a trustee working to retrieve money for victims of Bernie Madoff’s fraudulent activities.
