Clowns are on the loose in North Carolina and it’s no laughing matter.
Winston-Salem cops are juggling a spate of disturbing cases of creepy characters trying to lure kids into woods.
One was described as clowns often are as clad in white overalls, white gloves, red shoes with red bushy hair, a white face and a red nose.
