But as CNN political adviser Paul Begala, also a former adviser to Clinton, said Thursday, relitigating charges of sexual abuse against Clinton is unnecessary.
“That conversation did occur 20 years ago,” Begala told CNN host Jake Tapper. “It’s just that a lot of people weren’t around when it did.”
