Boxes marked “provisional ballots” that were discovered in the back of an Avis rental car at the Fort Lauderdale Airport Sunday night contained blank ballots and other materials such as signs and parking cones, Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes told reporters Monday afternoon.

#BREAKING: #Snipes spoke on #Avis ballot box found. Read straight from the #BROWARD police report that the box contained supplies and blank ballots. Also refused to call the situation with the #SOE “mistakes,” she said “they are issues we wished we could have addressed earlier.”
