He had just learned that Hillary – who was under investigation for using an unauthorized, unsecured private email server while she was secretary of state and deleting more than 30,000 emails before turning her server over to the Justice Department – was cracking jokes about the biggest scandal of the election.
On Aug. 15, 2015, Hillary joked about the investigation into her email scandal during a speech to 2,000 people at the Iowa Democratic Wing Ding in Clear Lake, Iowa.
“You may have seen that I recently launched a Snapchat account,” she told the crowd. “I love it. I love it. Those messages disappear all by themselves.”
