Hillary Clinton, who as secretary of state bragged about killing Libyan strong-man Muammar Gaddafi, believes First Lady Melania Trump is dropping the ball when it comes to curbing cyberbullying.
Clinton, also for several decades, has a vicious reputation of bullying and intimidating women who accused her husband President Bill Clinton of sexually assaulting and raping them.
